The Onyx is a three-tower complex in The Greens. The mixed-use development features residential apartments, offices, retail units and a boutique hotel – Zabeel House by Jumeirah. Offering views of nearby golf courses, main roads and Palm Jumeirah, this multi-billion development enjoys a prime location in Dubai.

With 2,000,000 sq. ft. of built-up area, The Onyx is a three-tower complex featuring an office tower, a mixed-use building and a hotel tower. The first block, Onyx 1 is a 14-storey office tower, Onyx Tower 2 is a 24-storey mixed-use building and The Onyx Hotel Tower 3 has 10 floors above the ground. The project is developed by Ishraqah and designed by KEO International Consultants.

Onyx Tower Dubai was launched in 2007. Featuring around 30 retail and F&B outlets, over 250 offices, 210 guest rooms and more than 150 apartments, the entire complex was completed in 2017.  Moreover, these three towers are interconnected by a podium that has recreational facilities, including a fitness club, cafes and restaurants.

The Onyx, Dubai is a project by Ishraqah. It is managed by Kingfield Owners Association and maintained by Emrill Facility Management. The 2,000,000 sq. ft. development features a range of modern amenities including a 26,000 sq. ft. landscaped space, a fitness centre, spa and salons, cafes and shops. There are six levels of parking within the complex. Besides the two basement levels (B1 and B2), there are covered spots on the ground floor and the three podium levels (P1, P2 and P3) for parking in Onyx Tower Dubai.

Owners and tenants can use 1,400 dedicated and secure parking spots. Not to mention, there’s enough space for visitors. Those who require more spots can buy or lease additional spaces for parking in The Onyx.

There are around 22 elevators in The Onyx Tower, Dubai. Each building has separate passenger lifts and service elevators. Five high-speed passenger lifts with power backup are installed in The Onyx Tower 1 and 2.

The complex features round-the-clock security. Also, CCTVs are installed in all non-private areas for advanced security. Tenants and owners can make use of the on-site maintenance and staff services by paying fixed annual charges.

The Onyx Tower, Dubai offers a multipurpose room, function hall and a conference room.

There are two swimming pools and two modern, well-equipped gyms in Onyx Tower Dubai.

The three towers are linked via a 3-level podium surrounded by landscaped lawns. Additionally, one can find a range of retail shops and cafeterias on the ground floor and the atrium. Kids can spend time in the covered play area.

As for residential units, you will find apartments in various configurations and layouts. Bayut has created Onyx Tower, The Greens floor plans for each bed and unit type in simple 2D and 3D formats.

Apartments are found in The Onyx Tower 2, which is also the tallest of the three buildings. It is a mixed-use building with offices on the first few floors while the remaining floors are all residential. Also, the entrance and elevators for residential and commercial properties are separate to ensure complete privacy.

This 24-storey tower features 13 apartments each on the 12th to 24th floor. Facing one of the best golf courses in Dubai, each residential unit consists of a balcony opening towards The Majlis and The Faldo golf courts. There are around 169 residential units ranging from 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom luxurious apartments.

Spanning 1,400 sq. ft. to 1,500 sq. ft., the 1-bedroom flats in The Onyx The Greens, Dubai are fully fitted. Each apartment consists of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a kitchen and a spacious living room extending into the balcony. Also, dedicated space for laundry and storage is a huge plus.

There are 5 types of 1 BHK apartments in The Onyx T2. Unit 1 and 7 boast a terrace connected to the lounge and master bedroom. Unit 2 has two terraces extending from each room and unit 3 has one balcony connected to the bedroom. Unit 4 does not include open-air space and features a bigger living room, powder room, an open-concept kitchen and laundry area.

Covered areas for 2-bed flats in The Onyx, Dubai range from 1,600 sq. ft. to 1,800 sq. ft. There is a choice of six different unit types where each consists of two spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a balcony. There is enough space for dining next to the kitchen.

Some 2 BHK apartments also feature a maid’s room, a powder room and a dedicated laundry area. Moreover, Unit 6, 8 and 9 feature two balconies overlooking the Emirates Golf Club and Sheikh Zayed Road. Residents get a dedicated spot for parking, while those who need to park more cars can buy additional space in the basement.

3-bedroom flats in The Onyx Towers have covered areas of about 2,964 sq. ft. These are luxurious units with three bedrooms and a lounge. Double-glazed floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural light in and offer panoramic views of the city and landscaped surroundings.

There are two types of 3-beds in The Onyx Tower 2 – Unit 12 and 13. The only difference is that Unit 13 has a dedicated study room with bathroom. Otherwise, all 3 BHK flats feature spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, dining area, powder room, dedicated storage and two balconies.

As for commercial units, one can find offices in the first two blocks and attractive retail spaces in the podium connecting all three towers.

Onyx Tower 1 is a 14-storey commercial building facing Sheikh Zayed Road. It allows direct access to key areas including Knowledge Village and Dubai Internet City. Furthermore, one can find offices in The Onyx T2 with separate gates and elevators. These units have access to the conference room and auditorium.

The 14-storey Onyx Tower 1 features 14 offices on each floor. Commercial units start from the third floor. Altogether, one can find around 168 offices in this building with covered areas ranging from 800 sq. ft. to 2,700 sq. ft. On the other hand, Onyx Tower 2 features a total of 129 offices ranging from 1,000 sq. ft. to 3,000 sq. ft. This block also features an uncluttered arrangement of 14 units from the second to the eleventh floor.

The Onyx is well connected to major roads of the city, as residents can easily travel by private or public transport in Dubai. Motorists enjoy direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road, E11 while those who prefer public transportation near The Onyx can find a bus, taxi or metro.

There are many bus stations in The Greens located at short intervals from The Onyx Towers. You can catch F31 and F35 from Al Sidir and The Greens Terminus. Bus 83 and 85 stop outside building 8 and 9 in Dubai Internet City. These stops are around 8 to 10 minutes away from the complex.
