About Onyx Tower Dubai

The Onyx is a three-tower complex in The Greens, one of the four communities in Emaar’s Emirates Living. The mixed-use development features residential apartments, offices, retail units and a boutique hotel – Zabeel House by Jumeirah. Offering views of nearby golf courses, main roads and Palm Jumeirah, this multi-billion development enjoys a prime location in Dubai.

With 2,000,000 sq. ft. of built-up area, The Onyx is a three-tower complex featuring an office tower, a mixed-use building and a hotel tower. The first block, Onyx 1 is a 14-storey office tower, Onyx Tower 2 is a 24-storey mixed-use building and The Onyx Hotel Tower 3 has 10 floors above the ground. The project is developed by Ishraqah and designed by KEO International Consultants.

Onyx Tower Dubai was launched in 2007. Featuring around 30 retail and F&B outlets, over 250 offices, 210 guest rooms and more than 150 apartments, the entire complex was completed in 2017.  Moreover, these three towers are interconnected by a podium that has recreational facilities including a fitness club, cafes and restaurants.

The Onyx, Dubai is a multi-billion project by Ishraqah. It is managed by Kingfield Owners Association and maintained by Emrill Facility Management. The 2,000,000 sq. ft. development features a range of modern amenities including a 26,000 sq. ft. landscaped space, a fitness centre, spa and salons, cafes and shops. There are six levels of parking within the complex. Besides the two basement levels (B1 and B2), there are covered spots on the ground floor and the three podium levels (P1, P2 and P3) for parking in Onyx Tower Dubai.

Owners and tenants can use 1,400 dedicated and secure parking spots. Not to mention, there’s enough space for visitors. Those who require more spots can buy or lease additional spaces for parking in The Onyx.

There are around 22 elevators in The Onyx Tower, Dubai. Each building has separate passenger lifts and service elevators. Five high-speed passenger lifts with power backup are installed in The Onyx Tower 1 and 2. 

Security, Central Air-Conditioning and Maintenance Services 

The complex features round-the-clock security. Also, CCTVs are installed in all non-private areas for advanced security. Tenants and owners can make use of the on-site maintenance and staff services by paying fixed annual charges.

Spanning 1,400 sq. ft. to 1,500 sq. ft., the affordable 1-bedroom flats in The Onyx, The Greens are fully fitted. Each apartment consists of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a kitchen and a spacious living room extending into the balcony. Also, dedicated space for laundry and storage is a huge plus. 

There are 5 types of 1 BHK apartments in The Onyx T2. Unit 1 and 7 boast a terrace connected to the lounge and master bedroom. Unit 2 has two terraces extending from each room and unit 3 has one balcony connected to the bedroom. Unit 4 does not include open-air space and features a bigger living room, powder room, an open-concept kitchen and laundry area.

2-Bedroom Apartments in The Onyx Towers

Covered areas for 2-bed flats in The Onyx, Dubai range from 1,600 sq. ft. to 1,800 sq. ft. There is a choice of six different unit types where each consists of two spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a balcony. There is enough space for dining next to the kitchen. 

Some 2 BHK apartments also feature a maid’s room, a powder room and a dedicated laundry area. Moreover, Unit 6, 8 and 9 feature two balconies overlooking the Emirates Golf Club and Sheikh Zayed Road. There are two types of 3-beds in The Onyx Tower 2 – Unit 12 and 13. The only difference is that Unit 13 has a dedicated study room with bathroom. Otherwise, all 3 BHK flats feature spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, dining area, powder room, dedicated storage and two balconies.

Onyx Tower 1 is a 14-storey commercial building facing Sheikh Zayed Road. It allows direct access to key areas including Knowledge Village and Dubai Internet City.
