THINGS TO CONSIDER

The amount of amenities and facilities available in the most peaceful and relaxing environment makes Botanica a wonderful residence for everyone. But before moving in, you must know that JVC does not have direct access to metro stations currently and the only mode of public transport available here is buses. Also, some of the areas are still under construction which makes it noisy and may lead to traffic. Once constructions of these projects are completed, this place will offer more opportunities to its residents.
