ABOUT THE HEART OF EUROPE, DUBAI
The Heart of Europe, Dubai World Islands is a $5 billion mega-project planned as a permanent tourist staycation. Featuring 6 themed islands, this grand resort spans 6 million sq. ft. Hence, it will accommodate over 16,000 tourists upon completion. The project is being developed in three phases with one already through. It is planned to be completed by the end of 2023.
Destination themed islands are the best parts of this location featuring Main Europe, The Floating Venice, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland and St. Petersburg. Each reef portrays Europe’s culture and ambience. Moreover, to deliver the right sense, resorts and stores will only accept Euro as the currency. Nakheel Properties sold parts of The World Islands to investors before 2008. That’s when Joseph Kleindienst started working on Heart of Europe, Dubai. The cluster of beach resorts became a joint venture between Dubai-based JK Properties and Chinese contracting companies. As a result, the six islands are home to hotels, plazas, climate controlled streets and beachfront resorts for families, newlyweds, events, destination weddings and beach parties. Roughly, the project will have 14 hotel resorts and 2,000 villas. It is already one of the top off-plan villa projects as per Dubai Annual Sale Market Report 2020 by Bayut and Dubizzle.

SWEDEN ISLAND
As the name suggests, properties in this section follow Swedish design and architecture. This is the first island introduced with ten 4-storey palaces. Portofino Hotel is a 5-star deluxe hotel that also hosts many events throughout the year. Among these, water ballet shows and movie screenings are most loved. It is a family only hotel built in Main Europe featuring 489 Queen and Princess Suites.
On the other hand, Cote d’ Azur is a beach resort with 7 duplex penthouses, 113 hotel suites and 872 apartments.
