Officially launched in 2022, South Bay is an off-plan development in the Residential District of Dubai South. The project will feature around 1000 units of villas, townhouses and mansions across its six phases alongside upscale amenities including a waterfront promenade, crystal lagoon, shopping mall and health clubs. South Bay is strategically located adjacent to the Expo Road (E77) enabling seamless connectivity and accessibility.
South Bay Dubai will present a family-friendly community upon completion. This gated off-plan project will feature a wide range of properties around a 1km crystal lagoon. The waterfront promenade, community shopping centre, fitness complex, pools, water sports club, children's play area, pet park and lake park are some key features of the master development.
South Bay is one of the new projects in Dubai South located adjacent to Expo Road. The project’s master plan includes the construction of around 800 3-bed to 5-bedroom villas and townhouses and 200 units of 5, 6 and 7-bedroom waterfront mansions. These premium properties will be set around a 1 km long crystal lagoon, a 3 km long waterfront promenade and beaches. Residents will have access to the beach clubs, fully-equipped fitness centres and various watersports activities. The lake park, kayak club, jogging and cycling tracks are also part of the master plan.
Properties in South Bay Dubai are spread across its six phases comprising a mix of townhouses, semi-detached homes, stand-alone villas and waterfront mansions with BUA ranging from 2,900 sq. ft. to 4,800 sq. ft. approx.

Dubai South offers flexible post-handover payment plans for South Bay properties. Villas and townhouses in Phase 1 and 2 were launched with an 80/20 and 50/50 plan respectively.
