Mazyad Mall is a small community bearing the name of the shopping mall in the surroundings. It is located in Mohammed Bin Zayed City, also known as MBZ City. Mazyad Mall is near the 79th street in the northern part of MBZ City. The community has some commercial buildings and residential properties. Mazyad Mall is a small community with all the characteristics one would want in an ideal residential neighbourhood. Some popular points of interest in the community are:
