PAYMENT PLAN

The Expo City Dubai Authority, as master developer of Expo City Dubai, has published a structured payment plan for Mangrove Residences, one of the earliest residential launches within Expo Central. The payment schedule is designed to spread the total purchase amount across pre‑handover, handover and post‑handover milestones:
