ABOUT DUBAI HILLS ESTATE
Dubai Hills Estate (DHE), also called Dubai Hills, is the first phase of Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City). It is located next to Al Barsha South, along Al Khail Road (E44). The project is currently being developed as a joint venture between Emaar Properties and Meraas Holding, as seen in statements issued by both developers.
