ABOUT DUBAI HILLS ESTATE
Dubai Hills Estate, also referred to as Dubai Hills, is the first phase of Mohammed Bin Rashid City. The community is easily accessible as it is located next to Al Barsha South and along the Al Khail Road (E44) highway. Dubai Hills is currently being developed as a joint venture between Emaar Properties and Meraas Holding, as seen in statements issued by both developers. Dubai Hills Construction Update
The Dubai Hills community has been delivering projects since 2019. Dubai Hills Estate has a lot of space dedicated to parks, green spaces and a 54 km bicycle track. Also, Dubai Hills Park is open to the public featuring wadi trails, a 2.5-kilometre jogging track, children’s play areas, a splash park, volleyball and tennis courts, a skate park and an outdoor gym. It is a large project taking up 180,000 sq. m. this green space will include something for everyone.
Until the development is fully completed, residents can conveniently hit the Adventure Park for kids and adults recently opened in Dubai Hills Mall.
