Dubai Hills Estate, also referred to as just Dubai Hills is a master development in Mohammed Bin Rashid City. Dubai Hills is currently being developed as a joint venture between Emaar Properties and Meraas Holding. Located next to the Barsha South community and the two major road networks of Dubai, Al Khail Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Dubai Hills Estate is easily accessible and located in the centre of the city.

There are two metro lines proposed to run alongside the community but as of yet, the closest metro station is the Mall of the Emirates station in the neighbouring Al Barsha community. The closest bus stop is also 5 minutes away in the Al Barsha South neighbourhood. Once the area is move developed it will have its own bus stops and metro stations.
As the area is still under construction there isn't any definitive parking. There are parking lots planned for the Dubai Hills Mall and for the areas near the apartment buildings. Supermarkets near Dubai Hills Estate
There is a hypermarket planned to open in the Dubai Hills Mall, while is it being constructed residents can head to the many supermarkets near Dubai Hills Estate in the neighbouring Barsha South and Al Barsha community. There is a West Zone Fresh Supermarket, Aswaaq Supermarket and Blackberry Grocery in Barsha South. For Al Barsha, there is Al Douri Mart, Carrefour City Market and Sunrise Supermarket.
Churches, Temples and Mosques near Dubai Hills Estate
A number of churches are present in the Al Quoz community, which is just opposite Dubai Hills Estate and is separated by the Al Khail Road highway. There is The Gatekeeper's Weekday Warehouse and Haley's Church in Al Quoz. Located in Barsha South is the Casa de Oración Torre Fuerte Church, this church is popular amongst the Spanish expat community.
It is a 30-minute drive to the temples located in Dubai, the Shiva and Krishna temples in Bur Dubai. There is also the Sikh Gurudwara and the Sindhi Gurdarbar located here. At the same distance is the large Gurunanak Darbar Sikh Gurudwara in Jebel Ali.

Schools near Dubai Hills Estate
There are quite a few schools near Dubai Hills Estate. A branch of GEMS Wellington Academy is close by, just 10 minutes away from the community. It follows the British curriculum from the foundation stage (FS1) until the final Year 13. The nearby GEMS International School offers the IB curriculum to students from pre-primary to Year 12. Those looking for the CBSE Indian curriculum can take a look at GEMS New Millennium School, it caters to students from KG1 to Year 9. These are all located alongside Al Khail Road and are located next to Dubai Hills. There are many other schools nearby in Al Barsha and Barsha South, including the American School of Creative Science, Kings School and Dubai Heights Academy.
Located around 20 minutes away is Knowledge Park, it is known to be an educational hub and houses many universities and institutes. Notable options include the University of Bradford Dubai, the University of Wollongong Dubai and Middlesex University Dubai.

There is a hospital in Dubai Hills Estate, Kings College Hospital is located just outside of the entrance to Dubai Hills Estate. Kings College Hospital London is a new healthcare option which opened its doors in 2019 specifically for the residents of Dubai Hills. It is a large 100-bed facility, has a surgical unit and specializes in paediatric orthopaedic cases and features the best of British healthcare.
There is also the Mediclinic Park View Hospital located on Umm Suqeium Street, Al Zahra Hospital and Saudi German Hospital both located in Al Barsha. Multiple branches of Aster Clinics can be found around the community and many major pharmacies are present in the neighbouring areas.
TOP 5 LOCATIONS IN DUBAI HILLS ESTATE
The Maple townhouses and Sidra Villas communities came in first and second place respectively, based on searches by Bayut.com users. These are the communities that are being constructed, delivered and handed over first, in mid-2019. These are luxury units priced affordably especially considering the setting.
In third place are the apartments in the Collective, this apartment complex was actually so popular with investors that 460 units were sold in one day. A trip to the beach in Dubai is enjoyed by tourists and residents alike. While Dubai Hills Estate does not have a beach in the community there is one nearby. THINGS TO CONSIDER
The area is still developing and is expected to be fully complete in 2021, the on-going construction might be an issue for some. Also, since the community is still developing residents will have to wait for all of the amenities to be constructed such as schools, transport links and more.
