Al Muntazah Abu Dhabi enjoys a prime location in the capital city. It is dominantly occupied by professionals and staff working within the community. One can find some large residential properties amidst bustling streets. The area is relatively busier than other residential communities. Moreover, all amenities including shops, supermarkets, eateries and mosques are within easy reach.

Residential properties include 4-bedroom villas for rent in Al Muntazah. The covered area of these units ranges from 2,600 sq. ft. to 3,000 sq. ft. Most residents prefer private conveyance but if you’re looking for public transportation, the only option is to take a bus from the Abu Dhabi Central Bus Terminal. Reaching there would also take around 14 minutes from Al Muntazah Abu Dhabi.

There are many supermarkets in Al Muntazah for residents to buy groceries and other basic items. Baqala Noor Al Badiya, Honey Bee Grocery and Metro Mart are worth mentioning. There is also an outlet of Carrefour Hypermarket and Zoom Mini Mart.

Mosques in Al Muntazah are located at short intervals. Some popular ones include Jamia Masjid As-Salam, Ibn Taymiyyah Mosque and Ali Salem Al Kaabi Mosque. Moreover, the community is in proximity to the iconic Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Also, those on the go can offer prayers at the mosque in Khalifa Park or Al Seef Mall.

The Christian community can access St. George’s Orthodox Cathedral in Al Mushrif, one of the few churches in Abu Dhabi. It is around 13 minutes away.

Al Muntazah Abu Dhabi is near the Eastern Mangrove. To its west, there is Al Sa’adah and Khor Al Maqtaa is to the east. Al Muzoon and Hills Abu Dhabi are also close neighbours. Moreover, it is connected to Al Maqta via Maqta Bridge.

For a complete shopping spree, one can either go to Al Seef Village Mall or Al Saqar Mall. Al Seef Village Mall is also a popular hangout place in the vicinity. It has many shops, fun activities for kids and adults alike and a range of restaurants.

There is an outlet of Subway and KCal Restaurant in Al Seef Mall. Moreover, some cafes and food trucks are set up in Khalifa Park like Teatro and Ginger. One can spot several local food chains and cafeterias in the neighbourhood.

Al Muntazah is a waterfront development close to Eastern Mangrove. Al Bateen Beach in Abu Dhabi is also in closer proximity to Al Muntazah Abu Dhabi. The beach is most popular among youngsters for adventurous watersports activities.

The development is around 13 minutes away from Al Qurm Beach and Resort. If you are driving from the mainland, it will take around 20 minutes to reach the destination. The community is also near Mangrove National Park, a family-favourite recreational spot in Abu Dhabi. Another landmark in proximity is one of the most beautiful mosques in the world: the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.

Khalifa Park naturally is the hub of all outdoor activities. There are playgrounds, walking trails, shaded sitting areas in the park. Also, many street food stalls and trucks have been installed here making for a nice spot to spend an evening with family and friends.

Furthermore, one can find many salons, spas and fitness centers in Al Muntazah Abu Dhabi. Since it is a massive community, it has many options located at short intervals.

Home to Al Bateen Executive Airport, the community might seem noisy if you are habitual of a quiet environment. But, the area is most preferred due to comparatively affordable rents for larger properties. Considering the amenities and overall living conditions, it is a reasonable price to pay.
