Al Dar Al Baida A is a sub-district of Al Dar Al Baida. Al Dar Al Baida’a in turn forms part of the greater Al Raudah in Umm Al Quwain city. While Al Dar Al Baida B has many villas and amenities such as grocery stores, supermarkets and salons; Al Dar Al Baida A is largely underdeveloped and is mainly known for housing the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship office. Additionally, Ahmed Bin Rashid Port is approximately 8 minutes away from the sub-community.

Al Raudah makes up the area on the northern and western sides of Al Dar Al Baida A. It also includes Al Dar Al Baida in total. Al Khour 1 or Al Khor 1 covers the area to the eastern end of Al Dar Al Baida overall. As the name suggests, it is a waterfront locality.
Al Rass or Al Raas lies to the west and consists of further sub-districts from Al Rass A to Al Rass D. Old Umm Al Quwain or Old Town, UAQ is accessible if you drive towards the northern side of the city from Al Dar Al Baida A. Al Reqqah or Al Riqqah is towards the southwestern side.

BEACHES NEAR AL DAR AL BAIDA A
Umm Al Quwain Beach is located at an 8-minute drive from the sub-community. You will also find the Kite Beach Centre there, which is a kitesurfing school and offers tons of facilities. The recreational spot has a beach café, kitesurfing academy, a gym as well as kayaking tours and shaded sitting areas.
