• Six recent passport-size photographs
• Two copies of the child’s passport and visa page
• Two copies of the child’s immunisation record
• Two copies of the child’s Emirates ID
• Two copies of the child’s sponsor’s passport and visa page
• Two copies of the child’s valid health insurance ID
