Jebel Ali Village Nursery (JAVN), founded in 1976, is acknowledged as one of the best nursery chains in Dubai. The nursery offers students the internationally-recognised British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) from infancy to 4 years. JAVN Early Childhood Centre offers many facilities, such as a shaded/indoor play area, an activities room and an age-appropriate library.

Jebel Ali Village Nurseries have expanded to six branches across Dubai and Sharjah. You can find JAVN in Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), Motor City, Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club, Al Furjan, Discovery Gardens and Al Zahia Community, Sharjah.

The nursery's academic calendar starts in September and ends in June.

Jebel Ali Village Nurseries have several branches, including one in Motor City, Discovery Gardens, Al Furjan, JBR and Al Zahia. Each branch is designed to provide a stimulating and safe learning environment for children. 

The Motor City branch has a car-based decor that inspires young ones, while the Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club branch is eco-friendly and surrounded by flora and fauna. The Discovery Gardens branch has spacious classrooms and outdoor excursions, while the Al Furjan branch has child-appropriate toys and a clinic with an onsite nurse. The JBR branch is equipped with various kid-friendly learning materials, and the Al Zahia branch has bright and colourful classrooms for various activities. Both Jebel Ali Village Nursery Dubai branches and Jebel Ali Village Sharjah branch follow the British curriculum - Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The EYFS supports seven balanced and interconnected areas of learning to provide equal opportunities for your child to flourish. The areas of development are divided into two focus groups:

• Personal, social and Emotional Development

These prime areas are essential for children’s healthy development and future learning, allowing them to develop skills in the further four specific areas.

The nursery offers a variety of age-appropriate activities to help your child develop in specific areas. As they grow, the activities will become more complex to enhance their learning. They can participate in storytime, songs, and rhymes to build their knowledge. Additionally, your child can develop fine motor skills through activities like painting, cutting, sticking, and constructing.

• A copy of the child's passport and visa page
• A copy of the child's insurance card and Emirates ID

• Two passport-size photographs of the child
• One passport-size photograph of parents or any adult who regularly collects the child from the nursery

JAVN offers spring, summer, and winter camps for children between 4 months and four years. These camps are held at all branches, and registration opens one month before the start of the camp. To enrol your child, visit the campus and sign up for the camp of your choice.

Sending your child to JAVN means sharing your responsibilities with highly-experienced caretakers. All the branches are secured with CCTV and security personnel so your child develops and learns in a safe environment.

There’s a well-equipped medical centre with a highly-experienced doctor to care for children if a minor injury arises.
