The tuition fee has to be paid via crossed cheques. The fee once paid is non-refundable. AED 1,000 has to be paid at the time of admission. This amount will be returned when the child leaves school. However, the original receipt has to be presented to qualify for a refund.
The late fee is AED 10 per day after the due date. The fee can be revised during the session as instructed by the Private Education Department.
The school does not have a canteen or cafeteria. Students can bring packed lunches from home.
School transport services at Al Saad Indian School, Al Ain are provided by Tareq Transport Est., a Department of Transport–approved operator. The school acts only as a coordinator between parents and the transport provider, collecting the transport form and fee for new registrations. A designated operations executive from the company is available on campus during school hours, and parents are welcome to meet them for any transport-related queries.
All school buses operate in strict compliance with regulatory authority guidelines. Drivers are fully trained and hold valid DOT-issued licences. Each bus is equipped with video surveillance systems and mobile communication to ensure student safety. For security reasons, parents are not permitted to use private transport services.
Students are expected to maintain good behaviour while using the bus service. Eating, drinking, indiscipline, or damage to the vehicle may result in suspension of transport privileges. The non-refundable transport fee is AED 3,500 per year, payable at the start of the term along with tuition fees. The school organises a 30-day summer camp. Interested students can sign up and participate in art and craft, music and sports activities during the summer camp.
Students are encouraged to participate in physical activities offered at Al Saad School. There is a vast football turf on campus.
