Admission and Fees

How to Apply to Al Adhwa Private School?

Al Adhwa Private School in Al Ain welcomes students from all nationalities. The diverse environment of the school attracts admission from all over Al Ain. To initiate the admission process, you can pre-register your child at any time during the academic year. Once the registration is complete, your child will be called for a placement test which starts in February and is conducted each Tuesday.

Result of the placement test is announced after two working days from the date of assessment. In either case, the school will contact the parents. Students who clear the test will be called in for an interview. Students seeking admission in Grade 7 to Grade 12 must submit a good conduct certificate from the previous school.

The interview committee makes the final decision. In the case you are granted admission, please contact the admissions and accounting office to pay the registration fee and tuition fee. During the process, you will be required to submit the following mandatory documents.

  • Copy of the student’s passport with a valid visa (expatriate)
  • Copy of both parents’ passport with a valid visa (expatriate)
  • Copy of the birth certificate
  • Copy of the Vaccination Certificate
  • Health Insurance (Daman, Thiqa or others)
  • Five copies of the ID picture
  • Copy of the family book (UAE Nationals only)
  • Photocopy of the family book for other nationalities whose mother is a UAE National
  • Original Transfer Certificate duly attested (for Grade 1 to Grade 12)
  • Copy of report card from the previous school (for Grade 1 to Grade 12)
  • Emirates ID Card

All overseas students are required to present copies of the documents attested from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of their country and the UAE Embassy in Abu Dhabi. These include:

School Transportation at Jebel Ali School

APS School Falaj Hazzaa has reserved a large space to park and manage the fleet of buses. Students can sign up for transportation services that cost AED 3,500 annually. All the buses are well-maintained and come with safety features such as a video surveillance system, a global positioning system (GPS), electronic attendance system and more.

The school ensures that the commute is safe. The parking area is also handled by security personnel to avoid traffic congestion.

Sports Facilities
