By login into the portal with given credentials, parents can access their child’s attendance record, educational performance, school news and much more. Ajman Academy also conducts parent-teacher conferences where teachers and parents discuss the progress made by children. It serves as an opportunity for parents to understand the behaviour of their child that can aid in students’ learning.

Additionally, parents can also search their school on D6 Communicator App. It is a mobile application that provides important information on schools and other educational institutes to parents. Here, parents can check the news, school’s notice board, academic calendar, resources, multimedia and much more. Furthermore, the school’s official website is regularly updated with new information. The website is equally beneficial for parents of current students and potential candidates.

Other sources of communication at this school are social media pages and WhatsApp groups. The school designated WhatsApp groups adds teachers and parents of students studying in the same classes. These groups are an ideal source for urgent enquiries.
