What time is the Tough Mudder Dubai?
You can select a timing as you register for your event. Please note, you will only be able to participate in your chosen wave if it is not already full. The timings for the initial wave vary according to the event. According to the official Tough Mudder website, the usual timing for events on Friday is 08:00 am.

What comes with the registration?
All those who enter a Tough Mudder event may:
- Run their chosen course

Can I transfer my registration to another wave time?
Yes, you may transfer your ticket to another start wave. However, this option is subject to availability. Additionally, all those interested in transfers must do this at least 48 hours before the starting of their event(s).

How do I create a team?
You can create your own team after registering on the myTrumin website. After creating an account, click on “My Teams” at the top of the page and follow the instructions.
Is there a limit on team size?

Do I need to bring anything?
Participants will need to bring:
- Their tickets or QR code (physical or mobile-based)
- Photo ID (if you don’t have a copy of the QR code)
Can I bring a camera or phone?
You are allowed to bring a phone or camera with you. However, the management will not be responsible for any broken or lost devices on the course.
What if I don’t manage to complete an obstacle?
There will be plenty of participants willing to give a helping hand for getting over obstacles. However, you still have the liberty of skip an obstacle if you think it’s too much for you. Those who skip the obstacles will still be entitled to receive headbands and finisher t-shirts.
How will management adhere to COVID-19 protocols?
The management at Tough Mudder UAE will endeavour to ensure the safety of all participants as per recent regulations set by UAE authorities against the spread of coronavirus. For instance, participants will be required to:
- Make bookings online
- Avoid participation if they suffer from any respiratory ailments, disabilities or chronic conditions
- Wear mandatory masks
- Ensure two-metre social distancing protocols
- Practice good hygiene and wash hands thoroughly and often
- Avoid mingling with other group members
- Notify staff if feeling unwell
