RERA exam to become a Dubai real estate agent

About the RERA Exam
The Dubai Land Department’s RERA exam was developed to improve the efficiency of realtors in the city. This exam challenges their knowledge of the local laws, terminology, regulations and ethics.
To be eligible for this examination, you must be employed by a UAE real estate agency and hold a valid Trade Licence Number. You can register for this exam on the DLD’s website after submitting the details above, as well as your Emirates ID.

The fee for registering for the exam is AED 772.5 and the exam is held at the DLD’s test centre. The exam is computer-based, where you answer multiple-choice questions in two hours. You can expect close to 70 questions and must score more than 70% to pass.
Once you pass this exam successfully, you will receive your broker licence!

- Real estate circulars (Form A, Form B, Form I, Form F, etc.)
- Ethics of practising the profession
- Real estate permits (trakheesi)
- Marketing for off-plan projects
- Real estate broker card
