These new features are designed to enhance the experience of both the end-users and agents.
2D and 3D floor plans
Understanding the scale and positioning of the rooms in a property type is a major challenge consumers face when browsing properties online. To help tackle this issue, our website and mobile app now features floor plans of every property type, detailed in 2D and 3D formats. Over 160,000 man hours were put to create 40,000 2D and 3D floor plans. With this, Bayut users have access to a birds-eye view of the property, which they can use to identify floor plans they like and then find properties that match those floor plans. Bayut intends to keep on innovating and experimenting on the current release to improve the user experience. Following this, users will also have access to walk-through tours of all floor plans they are interested in; all from the comfort of their home. This is one of the features launched by Bayut that empowers the user to make informed decisions.
While improving the customer journey is one of the core objectives of Bayut, empowering agents with the right tools to increase their levels of output and success is also equally important to us. To support this effort, we have launched the brand new BayutPro app, a feature-enriched lead management tool, designed to increased productivity and maximise targets. Agents registered on Bayut will be able to download the app and use it on the go to follow up on leads in a timely manner and advertise their properties in the best way possible. The BayutPro comes with the three other features announced at B3DXB; TruCheck, SmartLeads and Reviews.
When searching for properties online, authenticity and availability are the two main factors users consider during their search for properties. While properties can be verified through various government protocols such as Trakheesi or Form A, measuring a property’s availability is challenging. This is where TruCheck ™ comes into play. This revolutionary feature validates listings advertised by real estate brokers and agencies through a series of extensive quality checks.
An agent can validate the availability of any property by physically visiting the property, taking a picture using the BayutPro app and submitting it for approval. With the help of AI, TruCheck ™ automatically time stamps and geo-tags the listing to help the consumer know of its availability. The time-stamp is displayed on the listings, so users can know how recently the property was 'TruChecked' increasing their confidence in the availability. This feature caters to both the consumers and agents - agents can build consumer trust and consumers are guaranteed all the latest information about the property. The agents have the option to validate the availability of the same property multiple times by visiting the property often, ensuring it’s still on the market and open for offers.
SmartLeads™ is another revolutionary Bayut feature for real estate brokers. This feature helps agents to understand the intent and requirements of a user when they receive the lead. With SmartLeads™, Bayut assists brokers to identify a customer's preference based on several parameters including location, budget and property type, helping them market the right properties to the right clients.
Consistent improvement is necessary for any business to be successful. The ‘Agent Reviews’ feature on the BayutPro app acts as a platform for consumers to give feedback on their interactions with agents or agencies. This feedback will be available to brokers in their profile on the BayutPro app and they have the option of either publicly displaying it or using it as a constructive review on the basis of which they can improve themselves through the sessions offered at Bayut Academy, a free training session we offer to brokers.
