- Then, an SMS will be sent to the registered phone number with a link for the applicant to complete his/her request online.
- Parents can then log into the Mabrouk Ma Yak Service portal and fill in the newborn’s name and upload his/her photo.
- The final step is to pay the fees online.
- Once the fee is paid, an SMS will be sent to the parent about when they can visit the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners’ Affairs. Parents will need to carry their original family book here.
