Diamond Views I, JVC is a residential development featuring two low-rise buildings and various townhouses. It is a part of Diamond Views, which is a community project divided into four clusters. The area is developed by by Diamond Developers.

Parking in Diamond Views I, JVC is allocated to each residential unit. Each apartment gets one parking space, whereas townhouses come with two parking spaces each. Guests can park their cars in the public parking areas.

There are two elevators in each building of Diamond Views I, JVC.

Diamond Views I is manned by a 24-hour security team and also has advanced security systems, as well as CCTV monitoring. The apartments and townhouses are centrally air-conditioned and the residents do not have to pay the service charges for cooling. The project has efficient waste disposal and maintenance facilities. District cooling services are provided by Empower while utilities are sourced by DEWA.

The bathroom is found next to the bedroom in all of the floor plans. Some units have an open kitchen, while the others come with a closed one. A balcony and laundry room is also present in most of the apartments.

2-bedroom apartments are available in an area of 1,100 sq. ft. and above. They feature a master bedroom, which comes with a walk-in closet and attached bathroom. The second bedroom is smaller in size and has a bathroom across from it. In some units, there is a closed kitchen while others have open kitchens. Each configuration has different sizes of balconies.

Townhouses in the residence are available in various configurations and feature two, three and four bedrooms. 2-bedroom townhouses are built on duplex configurations, whereas 3 and 4-bedroom townhouses are triplexes. They feature bedrooms with attached bathrooms, as well as a maid’s room and laundry room.

There is a large closed kitchen in each townhouse, as well as a guest bathroom on the ground floor. A balcony is present on the top levels of each unit. The entrance of each townhouse is beautified by a landscaped garden.

Diamond Views I, JVC is present near Al Khail Road (E44) and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), allowing residents to travel to work and other places conveniently. There are multiple options of transportation near Diamond Views I, located within a few minutes’ drive.

Residents can board the bus from the various bus stations near Diamond Views I. Sandoval Lane Apartments Bus Stop,  Sobha Daffodil Apartments Bus Stop and Season Community Autumn Bus Stops, Samer Park Bus Stop are all located within walking distance from the residence.
