The Salah Al Din station is a Green Line metro station 12 minutes away from the building on foot. A further away is the Baniyas Square Station, another Green Line station, at an 8-minute drive. Previously known as the Dubai Clock Tower, this place is a tourist hotspot. Nestled in the centre of the ‘fish roundabout’, the clock tower was built in 1963 to commemorate the economic prosperity fishing was bringing to UAE.

Although Burj Nahar Building offers many amenities both inside and around the building potential residents should consider that there are no tram stations nearby. While there are several bus and metro stops at a short walk, lack of access to trams may pose an issue with some.
