Warsan 4

Warsan 4 is a residential district set on the eastern side of Dubai. It is one of the four sub-communities of Al Warsan featuring well-designed apartment buildings and a few commercial properties. It is strategically located at the intersection of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Manama Street. This suburb was developed with family-friendly living and luxury in mind and it offers just that. Life Church Global is the closest church as it is only 6 minutes away. The Dubai Central Seventh-day Adventist Church also takes 21 minutes to reach. The Hindu community will need to drive to Bur Dubai. There are many temples in Bur Dubai dedicated to various gods in Hinduism. These are situated in the district of Al Fahidi and can be reached within 22 minutes. Those belonging to the Sikh community can drive for 28 minutes to reach Guru Nanak Darbar Sikh Gurudwara.

Warsan 4 is set amongst the other sub-district of the Warsan region. To the north lies International City Phase 1 or Warsan 1 featuring country-themed clusters. To the north is Wadi Al Amardi, an area for livestock farming. As for the western part, it is mostly barren.

As Warsan 4, Al Warsan Dubai is a bit far from the coastline, residents have to drive for close to half an hour to reach Jumeirah Public Beach. It is a popular public beach that has a children’s play area, BBQ stations, and lifeguards. Moreover, one can also drive for 30 minutes to reach Kite Beach. It is known for watersports such as parasailing, wakeboarding, and jet skiing.

Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary is the closest leisure spot from Warsan 4, Al Warsan Dubai. It is a wildlife sanctuary, the ideal place for bird watchers. It attracts large flocks of migratory birds every year such as herons and flamingos.

Another great destination that residents can visit is Dubai Miracle Garden. It is a flower park home to hundreds of flower species. It is right next to Dubai Butterfly Garden which is also worth visiting. Lastly, IMG World of Adventure is a popular destination.
