ABOUT THE NEST
The Nest is a sub-community dotted towards the west of Al Barari. Built by Abwab Real Estate, properties in The Nest offers views of the landscaped garden of Al Barari. The sub-community only has villas available for rent and sale with all the basic amenities one can ask for. The relatively new development was completed in 2017.

TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING SPACES IN THE NEST
Liwan Mazaya 24 and Liwan Mazaya 99 are the closest bus stops, approximately 12 minutes away. Bus 30 serves both bus stops. The nearest metro station is the First Abu Dhabi Bank station at a 19-minute drive near Al Manara. Travelling through a private car is the preferred mode of transportation in The Nest. Hailing a taxi is equally a good choice.
Villa residents get plenty of parking spaces in The Nest while visitors can park their vehicles in DSO Parking.

MOSQUES NEAR THE NEST
Al Barari Mosque is within the premises. There is another mosque at an 8-minute drive near the Falcon City of Wonders. Other mosques near The Nest at a short distance are Global Village Mosque and Masjid Aishah Umm Al Mumineen.

Residents who would like to visit a church can find Fellowship: A Church in Dubai and Emirates Baptist Church around 23 minutes away from The Nest. United Christian Church of Dubai is at a 25-minute drive near Jebel Ali Village.

The Nest is one of the perfect places for families who want to live away from the buzzing city centre. Although, it is not an ideal place for people who rely on public transport as there are no bus stops and metro station within the premises.
