Ocean Living is one of the new projects in Fujairah, being developed by Future Cities Development and Emtelak Properties. Situated off Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Road (E89), it will offer villas in a secure, gated community. Residents will enjoy easy access to beaches, marinas and essential amenities. The community will also feature waterfront views, recreational spaces, a swimming pool, landscaped gardens and kids’ play areas.

The Ocean Living master plan includes villa clusters connected by internal roads and walkways. The layout will feature landscaped gardens, play areas and recreational spaces, with many homes positioned to offer sea or mountain views.

Residential properties in Ocean Living will include G+2 storey 5-bedroom villas with private pools, indoor elevators and sea-view gardens. Each villa will offer spacious layouts with attached bathrooms, a maid’s room, landscaped gardens and large windows capturing panoramic views of the waterfront and Hajar Mountains.

The developer is yet to announce the payment plan for Ocean Living, Fujairah.
