The official payment plan for Damac Lagoons Morocco is yet to be announced. However, interested buyers can check out the investment plans by third parties. The most common is the 80/20 payment schedule, where the buyer will pay a 20% down payment when booking. 60% of the total price is to be paid during construction. The 20% final settlement is due at completion in Q4 2026.
