Masaar is a residential development in Tilal City by Arada. It is located between Sharjah and Dubai and features seven gated communities with over 4,000 villas, mansions, and townhouses. The third community – Robinia in Masaar is surrounded by lush, dense woodland and offers 2-bedroom townhouses to 5-bedroom villas. It has been delivered in Q3 2024.

Azalea

There will be a mosque in the community for residents. Apart from that, Sharjah Mosque is at a 5-minute drive.

The residential community will be home to a large international school and nursery. Besides, there are plenty of reputable schools within a short drive from the community. Al Wahda Private School is the nearest one following the American curriculum for Kindergarten to Grade 12 students. Other schools nearby include Fatima Al Zahra Primary and Secondary School for Girls Sharjah and Al Ansar International School.
