The 6-bedroom villas will be available in two layouts: a duplex covering 4,440 sq. ft. and a larger B+G+2 structure spanning 10,671 sq. ft. The duplex layout will feature a ground floor with living and dining areas, a garden, patio, kitchen, laundry, maid’s quarters, guest bedroom and garage. The first floor will house en-suite bedrooms.  

The larger 6-bedroom and 7-bedroom villas will incorporate all the essentials and luxury amenities, such as private pools and entertainment rooms on the ground floor. The first floor will include an open-air terrace and courtyard. The basement will accommodate up to six cars and feature a home cinema, gym and steam and sauna rooms.

DAMAC Properties has introduced a payment plan for Maldives, requiring a 20% down payment at the time of booking. During the construction phase, 55% of the total price will be paid in installments, with the remaining 25% due upon handover.
