Falcon Island is an off-plan development by Al Hamra located in Al Hamra Village. Located on Rigga Street, the project will feature 502 residential units. The 2-bedroom townhouse will span 1,292 sq. ft., whereas the covered areas for the 2-bedroom semi-detached canal view unit will be 1,938 sq. ft. The 3-bedroom semi-detached units will have 2,583 sq. ft.

The 4-bedroom villas will have covered areas of 4,650 sq. ft. and the 4-bedroom semi-detached houses will span 3,229 sq. ft. The 5-bedroom villas will span 7,320 sq. ft. and the 7-bedroom villas have covered areas of 11,840 sq. ft.

These properties will be built to the highest specifications and best-in-class finishes and fittings. There will be en-suite bedrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining area, a maid’s room, a driver’s room and a balcony. Some units also have their own exclusive beach and private pools.

Developers have not announced the official payment plan for Falcon Island.
