Falaj Al Mualla is a small oasis town in Umm Al Quwain. The area is popular for its historical fort and three watchtowers (east, west and north) that guard the fertile wadi.

The place has been associated with farming; there are about 5,000 date palms in the oasis. It is also home to the first poultry farm in the UAE. The community boasts residential plots and some expansive villas with up to 5 bedrooms.

Falaj Al Mualla has fertile lands where farming activities are carried out throughout the year. It also has historical importance due to the presence of forts and watchtowers. Being part of the Umm Al Quwain city, Falaj Al Mualla residents enjoy quick access to historic attractions and numerous amenities.

The most popular landmark in the community is Falaj Al Mualla Fort. The fort was built under the supervision of His Highness Sheikh Abdullah Bin Rashid Al Mualla in 1825. There is a museum called Al Hasen that features archaeological and ethnological displays. The Flagstaff Emirates is a tourist attraction, around 3 minutes away. Dhaid Botanical Garden and Ghulam Garden are other popular leisure destinations in the area.

Falaj Al Mualla UAE is a good place to reside in but those who are moving must consider a few things. First, the area doesn’t have bustling urban vibes and lacks some amenities you can find in the city. There are fewer fancy restaurants, limited access to beaches and limited public transportation.
