4-bedroom units will have an ensuite bedroom, a store room, a maid’s room with bathroom as well and a living and dining space on the ground floor. The layout also includes separate spaces for laundry and powder room and a spacious kitchen. Moreover, the master bedroom with an attached bathroom, two bedrooms with bathrooms and balconies and a family room are on the first floor. On the second floor, there is another family room, a bathroom and a roof terrace.

The main level of 5-bedroom villas has a similar layout. On the upper floor, there will be a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and an attached master bathroom. It will also have three bedrooms, attached bathrooms, balconies and a family room. On the second floor, residents will find a family room attached to a balcony, a bathroom and a roof terrace. The official payment plan for Elie Saab 2 has not yet been released by Emaar Properties. However, third-party brokers are currently offering flexible investment options. Typically, 75% of the total price is paid in instalments during the construction phase, with the remaining 25% due upon completion.

The development is under construction, estimated to be completed in the last quarter of 2025.
