COMMUNITY OVERVIEW
The community is composed of three major parts: Akoya Park, Akoya Drive and the Trump International Golf Club. Akoya Park is a massive 4 million sq. ft. park featuring tranquil villas, walkways and small waterways.
Akoya Drive is proposed to be a strip of high-end restaurants, retail shops and family entertainment offerings. This project is inspired by Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills and Champs Elysees in Paris.
