Cordoba Bloom Living offers a variety of homes including Spanish-style townhouses and villas, catering to families of different sizes.

The covered space of 2-bedroom townhouses ranges from 1,298 sq. ft. to 1,340 sq. ft., while 3-bedroom units span 1,618 sq. ft. to 1,848 sq. ft. These townhouses are thoughtfully designed with two floors, featuring open-plan kitchens, spacious living and dining areas, a maid’s room, a powder room, private gardens and garages. Upstairs, all bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms.

For those desiring more space, the villas come in 3, 4, 5 and 6-bedroom layouts. Covered areas range from 2,731 sq. ft. for 3-bedroom villas, 3,412 sq. ft. for 4-bedroom units, 4,608 sq. ft. for 5-bedroom homes and up to 5,538 sq. ft. for 6-bedroom villas. 

Each villa includes a ground floor with family and dining areas, a closed kitchen, a powder room, a maid’s room and a laundry area along with a private garden space and tandem garage. The upper level is reserved for bedrooms and an additional family space.

Cordoba residences come with covered car parking facilities. For now, there is no information about visitors’ parking in the area.

The community is situated along Naseem Al Barr Street, offering direct connectivity to Sweihan Road (E20) for easy access to various parts of Abu Dhabi.

Public Transportation in Cordoba

As Bloom Living is still under development, Cordoba does not yet have a dedicated bus station. However, residents can access public transport in nearby Shakhbout City. The closest option is the Al Saqiy St / ADNOC Bus Stop, just a 6-minute walk away. Additional nearby bus stops include Al Himmah St / Al Tafdeel St and Al Himmah St / Al Pitroul St Bus Stops, where buses 155 and 420 are available.

SUPERMARKETS NEAR CORDOBA

Until the Bloom Living Town Centre becomes fully operational, residents will have to travel outside the community to meet their retail and shopping needs. Many small baqalas and marts are conveniently located in neighbouring areas such as Loon Capital Baqala in Zone 19 Shakhbout City, which is a drive of 8 minutes.

MOSQUES NEAR CORDOBA

As the Bloom Living community mosque is not yet operational, residents can visit Saif Hameed Mosque, just a 3-minute drive away.

Christian residents can travel approximately 20 minutes to Musaffah, where churches such as The Mar Thoma Church are located.

It takes about 20 minutes by car to reach these shopping malls near Cordoba. Al Raha Mall is located on Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Street (E10). Once the Town Centre in Bloom Living community opens, residents will have a wide range of dining options available within the community. Until then, however, they will need to drive to neighbouring areas for restaurants and dining experiences.

Additionally, there will be dedicated play areas for children.

The development's Town Centre is still under construction, limiting immediate access to on-site dining and shopping options. Consequently, private transportation is often necessary to reach established commercial areas for these services.
