The sub-community of Al Andalus consists of 715 multi-bed apartments, 95 exquisite townhouses and a clubhouse built over an area of 131,000 sq. ft. It also includes a mosque, boutique hotel and various retail outlets.

Of the 10-acre area, six hectares is appointed for landscaped areas and five heritage sites. These five distinct areas are referred to as Andalucia, Costa del Sol, Alhambra, Generalife’s Gardens and The Mosque. A sprawling hilltop palace called Alhambra is surrounded by lakes and flowerbeds, while Generalife’s Gardens are inspired by Jardin de la Sultana (Sultana’s Garden) in Spain. The remaining four hectares has been designated for houses and buildings.

PROPERTIES IN AL ANDALUS

Catering to the mid-income market, residential properties in Al Andalus include 1, 2, 3 and 4-bed apartments as well as 2 and 3-bed townhouses. The 715 apartments for sale will be distributed between seven buildings that are named as Tower A, B, C, D, E, F and G. The developer has already delivered apartments in Tower A and B, whereas the handover of Tower C flats is currently underway. Since it is connected to the access gate of the enclave, Al Fay Road is the most frequently used route for transportation near Al Andalus. Further towards the north, Al Fay Road later merges into one of the main highways called Al Khail Road (E44). Public transport users have a lot to look forward to as a transit-oriented project in Jumeirah Golf Estates is in pipeline. Commuters will then have access to two upcoming metro stations. SUPERMARKETS NEAR AL ANDALUS

The enclave’s master plan includes a community centre that will feature Spinneys as an anchor store. It will also be a go-to supermarket for those who commute via Al Fay Road. For now, supermarkets near Al Andalus include Swiss Mart, W Mart Supermarket and West Zone Fresh Supermarket. All of them are based in Dubai Production City and are accessible in seven minutes.

MOSQUES IN AL ANDALUS
