Profolio™, Bayut’s listing management system, offers a number of tools to help real estate agents stay organised and efficient. From managing your listings on and accessing insights on their performance to managing your Agent Profile and Agency Profile, it is the most reliable software for real estate professionals looking to streamline their work. In addition, you can also access your dubizzle listings on this system, and toggle between both platforms’ listings.

Managing Your Listings, Improving Their Quality Scores And Ranking
You can access this information about your leads by heading over to the Manage Listings section from the side menu of Profolio™. Here, you can see all your listings, your Bayut Credits, and the quality scores of each individual listing.
Profolio™’s Listings Quality Score allows you to identify the quality of your listings using our three-tiered colour scheme. The higher the listing score (Green), the higher it ranks on Bayut’s search results.
You can locate the listings that need attention (Orange or Green colours), and work on improving the quality – by adding more images, adding Floor Plans, or getting the Checked and TruCheck™ badge. Check out our guide to maximising your Bayut leads to find out how you can improve your listings.
Accessing Your Listings’ Performance And Leads
Profolio™ has a Reports section, that helps you understand your listings’ performance, the overall traffic from both Bayut and dubizzle, and the leads your listings generate.
Click on Reports from the side menu on Profolio™ – this is where you can get an overview of the traffic your listings receive and the leads you have generated.
From the side menu, under Reports, click on Traffic. This is where you can see your top locations by impressions, and the overall performance of your listings. This information can be useful in identifying the locations where your listings perform the best (based on the leads and impressions they receive). Once identified, you can allocate our products to listings in locations where they can perform better.
Get the latest tips for Real Estate Success
Next, under Reports, heading over to the Leads section, shows you all the leads you have generated with your listings. It is categorised by Email, SMS, Phone, WhatsApp and Chat leads. You can export these leads with the export option.
To find out your listings’ individual performance on Bayut, i.e., the number of impressions, clicks, and leads it has received, you can head over to the Insights section. From here, you can also search for your listings based on locations, status, purpose, ref #/id, category and users. You can filter, ‘low performing’, to see the listings with lower click-through-rate (CTR), compared to similar listings on Bayut.
- With this information, you can decide which listings need a boost, i.e., using our products like Signature, Hot and Property of the Week for Bayut listings, and Refresh and Featured for dubizzle.

Along with the comprehensive reports showing the breakdown of impressions and interest – based on location and purpose (rent or sales), Profolio™ offers you the details of your leads – including their interested listing, email address (for email leads), SMS enquiry and phone number. In addition, you can view their message or listen to a call recording of your conversation with them.
