I joined Bayut as a Customer Service Support Staff and soon transitioned to the Product Trainer role when I noticed my passion for training. It was a challenging role at first however, it’s been an amazing learning experience for me. I am passionate about helping clients better understand the unique features and benefits our products provide and teaching them how to use this knowledge to increase their leads and exposure. It’s truly a fulfilling position being a trainer and watching the agents and agencies I train grow and thrive in the real estate industry.
I kicked off my professional journey at Apple, honing the best tips and tricks for top-notch customer service and effective communication. But there’s a lot more to me than corporate training, I'm also an avid scuba diver and love spending my weekends in the water.
After 15 years of working with different property portals, I've made my home at Bayut – my fifth portal. In 2017, I started Bayut Academy, a safe training space for real estate professionals in the UAE where we turn insight into actionable tips for success. Over the last 6 years I have loved delivering countless hours of training to agencies across the UAE.
I have 12 years of training and sales experience across 4 countries including Greece, Italy, the United Kingdom and the UAE. I focus on using an interactive, task-based approach to share market knowledge and expertise with current real estate professionals. My aim is to empower real estate agents to develop a personalised sales and marketing strategy which not only drives results but, paves the way toward a successful career.
My journey at Bayut began as a Sales Support Agent, and later I moved to Operations. It was during my time in the Product Trainer role that I discovered my true passion for growth in this field. My main objective is to inform our clients about the exceptional features we offer and guide them on maximising their leads and exposure. Initially, being a trainer presented its challenges, but I have grown to enjoy my role immensely. I firmly believe that knowledge is the key to personal and professional growth, and I am dedicated to continuously expanding my own expertise to better serve our clients.
