Stand Alone | Single Row | Landscaped Garden

Just when you think you have explored all of Dubai, something new and more innovative comes up for residents and tourists from around the world. What makes the emirate most popular and the most populous is its enormous but well-managed districts filled up with skyscrapers, golf courts and houses. Like any other ground-breaking development you find here, Dubai South, formerly known as Dubai World Center, is a huge project with a capacity to house nearly 900,000 people. The project comprises eight major districts: the residential district, commercial district, logistics city, aviation city, humanitarian zone, exhibition district and Al Maktoum International Airport. The residential district is located in the northeast region of the city, offering high-class accommodation options to the middle-income community and those associated with the aviation industry.
A home already to approximately 250,000 people, the residential district provides suitable living spaces in shape of apartments and townhouses. Along the main spine of Dubai South community, most of the buildings ranging from 5 – 10 storeys consist of residential apartments. One will mostly find varied configurations of studio flats, 1BHK and 2BHK units. If you need more space, you can also opt for villas and townhouses coming with one, two, and three-bedroom options. A standard 2-bedroom house comes with a balcony, 3 well-fitted bathrooms, covered parking area and a gym facility. In the commercial districts, you will find several offices, spaces for labour camps and warehouses for rent covering an area between 39,396 sq. ft. and 110,000 sq. ft. Some projects are still developing while some have recently been completed so you can expect post-modern construction, contemporary architecture and absolutely fresh and chic vibes.
Dubai South is a new project which is still developing but it competes with master developments around the emirate and the rental ranges are surprisingly low. Residents get to enjoy all the luxuries all the while living in a comfortable neighbourhood at affordable rates. A 1-bed townhouse spanning around 937 sq. ft. would cost you around AED 50,000 per annum. By increasing the budget a little further, by AED 60,000, you can get a house with two bedrooms and a covered area of 1,929 sq. ft. The villas are also suitable for big-sized families offering 3-bedroom units and a covered area of 2,272 sq. ft. for AED 70,000 per annum.
The south-east quarter of the city is known as Staff Village, housing around 43,000 blue-collar staff of the community. It offers them a separate strip of high-end restaurants, shops and sports facilities with direct access to offices, warehouses and commercial buildings. The Pulse and The Villages are two major residential communities launched only recently. The Villages dominates the area with 254 townhouses while The Pulse has 236 houses. In the following months, The Pulse will bloom with The Pulse Boulevard Apartments offering even more options to locals and expats. On the other hand, The Village is expected to launch 209 villas and 217 apartments by June 2019.
Dubai South is where you can find the biggest international airport and it will be the site of the upcoming Dubai World Expo 2020. The locality has loads of business opportunities coming up while the rate of employment is already high. The residents enjoy direct access to their offices, the airport and Etihad Rail network making it super convenient to travel without any hassle. Moreover, the nearby localities of Dubai South including Green Community, Al Furjan and Jumeirah Golf Estate add to the beauty and family-friendly lifestyle of the city.
