 Technology Park is an area that is close to Palm Jebel Ali, Dubai. This commercial property in Dubai stretches across 21,000,000 sq. m., about 30% of which is left for further development. An artificial archipelago, Palm Jebel Ali is also nearby but it is still under development and is expected to be completed very soon.

For people who have to commute daily to nearby areas of Dubai or Abu Dhabi, Technology Park is a good option as it is very close to Sheikh Zayed Road. Abu Dhabi is 1-hour drive away from Technology Park. Al Shahad Restaurant is within the proximity of this area and there are many other small canteens and restaurants located in Technology Park as well. For commercial purposes, Technology Park is a considerable option to invest in warehouses and storage spaces as all the warehouses have all the basic facilities plus commuting to and from Dubai is also very convenient.
