The space
In the apartment:
- 2 spacious bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms
- The bedrooms have a king size beds with a comfortable soft mattress.
- In all our apartments you will be provided with top quality bed linen, a menu of pillows (soft, hard, orthopaedic) and for extra protection of the pillows we use covers in addition to pillowcases
- Blackout curtains to protect your sleep from the rays of the morning sun
- Living room with sofa and dining table for 4 people. The sofa is not fold out but can be used as extra-bed. We can also provide an airbed on request.
- 65-inch 4K smart TV with lots of TV channels and with access to streaming services
- Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and appliances: coffee maker, dishwasher, electric grill, gas hob/oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, etc.
- Balcony with lounge furniture
- High speed internet access
- Washing machine in the apartment
- Our apartments are equipped with a cot, high chair, plastic utensils for children, potty and a height-adjustable stand in the bathroom.

A guests will have access to all building's amenities:

Please kindly provide passport (or Emirates ID) copies of all guests and visitors at least 48-hours in advance in order to register your stay with community/building security.
Additional services:
1) We provide our guests with weekdays access to the beaches and pools in various luxury hotels with a special price 500 aed per adult per week. Children under 15 free of charge. During your holiday, you can relax on different beaches, which will make your holiday even brighter and richer.
