The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, full refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, oven and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washer and drying rack for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.

The studio area is street facing and furnished with a king size bed and superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a bathtub, toilet and sink.
