The tower is located directly on the Dubai Water Canal offering residence views up and down the canal as well as the Business Bay skyline.

Both the interior and exterior design takes influence from the De Grisogono jewellery designs.
On the Podium level, the main spa extends to an outdoor gym equipped with calisthenic-focused equipment.
A stepped roof is inspired by the layers of rock pools and their cascading waterfalls.
The 'super luxury' units will have a terrace full of flowers, plants, an infinity pool, a personal gym and a film projection screen.
A series of 'revitalising baths' including hot baths, cold baths, salt baths and mud baths will be available and are said to 'extract toxins from your body and help your skin glow with the radiance of youth. '
A 'beauty bar' will allow residents to try custom-made creams that answer the specific needs of their skin type.
At time of launch, studios were priced from AED 1 million, one-bedroom units from AED 1.8 million and two-bedroom units from AED 2.4 million.
