House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times. This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
Daily housekeeping & cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, and we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided.
Fees:
• All guests are required to pay a refundable damage deposit of AED 2,500
• Damage deposits must be paid by cash
• All deposits will be returned by bank transfer 7-14 days after check out
• Cleaning fee of AED 350
• Tourist tax is AED 20 per night
Check in:
• Personally greeted check in
• Check in from 3pm-9pm
• Check out from 11am
• Early check in/late check out can be requested however this is not guaranteed
