Business Bay is an upscale and urban area that sits adjacent to the Burj area. The tower is just across the Dubai Canal, a serene place to go for an evening walk to unwind after a busy day. If you wish to dine out, there are plenty of dining options within a 70 to 100 meters radius. You’ll be at an 8 to 10 minutes drive to the majestic Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Alternatively, you can catch a metro from the nearest metro station, Business Bay. The metro line is well-connected to the famous sites in the city. The city walk, a contemporary shopping and dining destination, is a short 10-12 minutes drive.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
In accordance with Decree No. (17) of 2013 a guest staying at hotels, resorts, hotel apartments, guesthouses, budget hotels, floating hotels, holiday homes, and other hotel establishments as specified by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing, will be charged the Tourism Dirham Fee for each night of occupancy of a room at a Hotel Establishment. AED 10 ($3) which would be collected at the time of check-in.
As per UAE law starting from the 1st of January 2018 there will be a 5% VAT (value-added tax) implemented in addition to the tourism fees, which would be collected at the time of check-in.
