Rate is on room only basis & valid for contracts with start date from June to Sept 2020.
Rate includes: VAT, Service Charge, Municipality fee.
Rate excludes: Tourism Dirham (AED 20 per night for the 1st 30 nights as per UAE law)
Rate includes 2 times per week cleaning, DEWA utilities, High Speed Wi-Fi, fully furnished apartment, kitchen, utensils, dishwasher, balcony with amazing views, gym, pool & kids' play area & 1 parking space in the basement.
Daily, weekly and monthly rent - subject to availability.
Payment & Cancellation Terms:
For Yearly contract, three months advance required as deposit on signing of contract and monthly advance payment would have to be made at the beginning of each month.
In the case of late cancellation or no-show, 90 nights will be charged.
After check-in, a 90-day notice period applies for cancellation of long stay bookings.
In the case checkout occurs before the notice period has been completed, 90 nights will be charged from the day notice was given.
