Fully Upgraded | Sea Views | Brand-New

This 1 bedroom apartment underwent a complete interior renovation to enhance both functionality and aesthetics.

The bathrooms were fully upgraded with new wall and floor tiling, along with all new sanitaryware, fittings, and accessories, giving the spaces a clean and modern finish. Both bathrooms also feature new mirrors with integrated LED lighting for a more refined and functional touch.

Throughout the apartment, the existing flooring was replaced with herringbone SPC flooring, adding warmth, texture, and a refined character to the interiors.

The kitchen was completely redesigned and fitted with new cabinetry, a quartz countertop, and integrated Siemens built in appliances, creating a more efficient and contemporary cooking space.

Custom joinery was introduced to maximize storage and improve functionality, including a TV unit with integrated storage in the living room and a bespoke dressing area in the bedroom. The dressing area also features a mirror with integrated LED lighting, adding both practicality and a soft ambient glow.

The laundry room has been fitted with custom shelving to improve organisation and overall functionality, making the space more practical for everyday use.

To complete the transformation, the existing doors were professionally wrapped in a new finish that ties in with the overall design scheme, ensuring a cohesive and elevated aesthetic throughout the apartment.
