Emaar Properties launched a master development offering residential solutions in a self-sustained community in November 2019. The project located on the outskirts of Dubai is known as The Valley.

Churches, Temples and Mosques in The Valley
Until a community mosque is built, worshippers can offer prayers at Al Waha Masjid in Dubai Silicon Oasis. It is 18 minutes away from The Valley. On the other hand, the Christian members can head to Al Barsha and Al Quoz via Al Ain Road to find The Gatekeepers and Emirates Baptist Church.

Like other amenities, Emaar’s master development will also feature educational facilities. Until a community school is operational, there are some options in Arabian Ranches such as The GEMS United School. It follows the American Curriculum from nursery until Grade 12.

There are no clinics or hospitals in The Valley as of now but plans are underway to launch a few facilities. Emirates Hospital and Day Surgery is 24 minutes away and Dubai London Clinic in The Villa is at a 14-minute short drive.
The development is located at a 25-minute drive from the centre of activities, Downtown Dubai and the Dubai International Airport. Tucked away from the mainland, this part of Dubai is developing at a fast pace and many communities have been launched in recent years. The Valley is directly connected to Al Ain Road which further connects to the residential districts including The Villa and Arabian Ranches. There will be a Golden Beach in The Valley spanning across 30,000 sq. m. It will feature many F&B outlets and fun activities for kids and adults alike. Besides, younger ones can stay busy at splash parks and playgrounds on the beach.

The Valley is easy to spot due to its strategic location on the map. It is a 14-minute short drive from Al Marmoom Heritage Village, the hub of cultural festivals. Moreover, the community is close to the Sevens Stadium.
