Reaching a remarkable height of 365 metres, Ciel in Dubai Marina is a stunning development that will set a new global benchmark as the world’s tallest hotel upon completion. The architectural masterpiece is the latest landmark addition to the Marina district’s world-famous skyline, and The First Group’s largest and most luxurious project to date.

Designed by award-winning London-based architect NORR Group, Ciel features a striking design, contemporary interiors and a remarkable glass observation deck, which will offer incredible 360-degree vistas across Dubai Marina, the Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf.

Ciel received awards for Best International Hotel Architecture, Best Hotel Architecture Arabia and Best High-rise Architecture Arabia, at 2019 International Property Awards.

Dubai is known for its futuristic architecture and impressive skyline. With the opening of the Ciel Tower in 2024, the city will have one more spectacular building. The Ciel Tower towers nine meters above the currently highest Gevora Hotel in Dubai, making it the world's tallest hotel.

Updates from December 2023 to January 2024:

MEP work throughout the building is 89% complete

The building's curtain wall installation is 92% complete.

The installation of the transportation system is 93% complete.

The GRC cladding at podium level is 98% complete.

The installation of the shower in the room on the typical floor is 95% complete.

Work on bedroom doors is 90% complete.

The elevator lobby glass partition and floor finishes are 70% complete.

The project consultant is reviewing the technical submission for the façade lighting before appointing the contractor.

Landscaping work around the fountain and swimming pool is in progress.
