This lovely cosy studio has:

- All our apartments are equipped with high quality bed linen. For extra protection of the pillows we use pillowprotectos.
- Living area with sofa and dining table. The sofa folds out to provide another full bed for 2 adults. Size 140x190cm (55x75 inches).
- 65-inch 4K smart TV with lots of TV channels and streaming services.
- Equipped kitchen with necessary utensils and appliances: coffee maker, 2-burner electric stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, etc.
- Cosy balcony with furniture for relaxing and a beautiful view. In the evening you can enjoy the view over the city with a glass of wine or a cup of tea.
- High speed internet
- Washing machine in the apartment
- Our apartments are equipped with a cot, high chair, plastic utensils for children, potty and a height-adjustable stand in the bathroom

We will need passport (or Emirates ID) copies of all guests and visitors in order to register your stay with community/building security. We cannot guarantee your check-in if copies of your IDs are not provided before your arrival.
Additional services:
1) We provide our guests with weekdays access to the beaches and pools in various luxury hotels with a special price 500 aed per adult per week. Children under 15 free of charge. During your holiday, you can relax on different beaches, which will make your holiday even brighter and richer.
