2. Smoking Policy: We kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the private balcony. Please use the provided ashtray and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.

3. Pet-Friendly: We're sorry, we do not allow pets in our apartment. Please reach out if you have any specific questions or concerns regarding this policy.

4. Parking: Free parking is available for guests. If you plan to bring a vehicle, please inform us in advance so we can provide the necessary parking instructions.
