The bedroom includes a king-sized bed with in built wardrobes. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with towels and toiletries. Numerous restaurants and supermarkets are available nearby.
The neighbourhood
The apartment has a great location in Dubai Marina. The Dubai Marina Mall, a shopping and entertainment destination, is a 5 minute walk away. Dubai Marina Yacht Club is just beside Al Majara and is the authority for all operations and berthing in the Dubai Marina canal.
House rules
As per local guidelines and building management requirements, we need the passport copies or Emirates IDs to be shared prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in delays in check-in or refusal for check-in by building management.
Interaction with guests
A dedicated guest relations person will always be at your disposal to ensure a smooth check in and check out. You may get in touch with your guest relation officer as many times as required if there may be any questions or issues that need to be addressed.

In accordance with Decree No. (17) of 2013 a guest staying at hotels, resorts, hotel apartments, guesthouses, budget hotels, floating hotels, holiday homes, and other hotel establishments as specified by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing, will be charged the Tourism Dirham Fee for each night of occupancy of a room at a Hotel Establishment. AED 10 ($3) which would be collected at the time of check-in.
As per UAE law starting from 1st of January 2018 there will be 5% VAT (value added tax) implemented in addition to the tourism fees, which would be collected at the time of check-in.
