*To ensure the safety and comfort of all residents of the Palm Jumeirah, it is managed by Nakheel and they enforce a strict security policy. There is a maximum of 10 guests able to stay in the property, and 5 visitors per day. All IDs of guests & visitors should be submitted 3 hours prior to check-in.
Rate is excluding (collected on check-in):
- Refundable Security Deposit AED 5,500.00
