Another point of interest is its design which incorporates a squared shape on the lower floors, a wider extended shape (due to balconies) at mid-level, a circular shape at the higher level, and a pyramid crown at top. It is definitely an eclectic design which may not work for everyone. With different sized apartments on different floors, Al Seef Tower have more complex architectural and structural aspects involved than if you are building a tower with the same sized apartments throughout.
